...or rather about me.

My name is Caroline Schumacher and I have loved the island of Amrum for as long as I can remember. For as long as I can remember, I have always spent the summer holidays in Amrum with my family. This influenced me so much that after I successfully completed my apprenticeship as a chef at home in the Münsterland area, I completed another apprenticeship as a patissier at Café Schult in Norddorf on Amrum.

Since then I've been a "half-native" and Amrum is my second home. In 2019 I fulfilled my dream of a holiday home on Amrum and am happy to be able to pass on my love for this island to my guests at Sanruus.
